YNS Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the YNS Subscription Service (hereafter referred to as the “Service”), you (hereafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, provisions, policies, restrictions, and guidelines (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.

1. Definitions and Scope

1.1 Subscription Plans

YNS offers tiered subscription plans (“Plans”), including but not limited to:

• Patience Plan: Weekly charge of $5

• Steady Path: Weekly charge of $20

• Ultimate Ink: Weekly charge of $50

All Plans are billed weekly and remain valid until canceled.

1.2 Credits

Credits represent YNS store credit accumulated through subscription payments. Credits may be used as a method of payment toward tattoo services, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Credits:

• Are non-transferable

• Are not legal tender

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be withdrawn, refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to third parties

• May only be redeemed at YNS in accordance with redemption rules, minimum thresholds, and eligibility requirements outlined in this Agreement

1.3 Subscription Fees

Subscription Fees are the monetary amounts paid weekly under the selected Plan. A portion of each fee is retained by YNS as operational and administrative costs (“Fees”), with the remaining portion converted into Credits.

1.4 Benefits

Benefits include, but are not limited to, discounts, priority booking, touch-up services, aftercare packages, consultations, and other perks as determined by YNS at its sole discretion.

2. Credit Allocation and Fee Retention

2.1 Division of Subscription Fees

Subscription Fees are allocated as follows:

• 80% converted into Credits

• 20% retained by YNS for administrative and operational purposes

The retained 20% portion covers administrative costs, payment processing fees, subscription handling, booking systems, account management, and general operational expenses associated with maintaining the Service. This portion is non-refundable and does not convert into Credits under any circumstances.

2.2 Credit Redemption

Credits may only be redeemed once the Subscriber has remained on an active subscription for at least the minimum number of consecutive weekly payments required to reach the applicable credit threshold, calculated after the 20% administrative retention outlined in Section 2.1.

Minimum credit thresholds and minimum subscription periods are as follows:

• Patience Plan ($5/week):
  $150 minimum credit balance
  Minimum 38 consecutive weekly payments

• Steady Path ($20/week):
  $300 minimum credit balance
  Minimum 19 consecutive weekly payments

• Ultimate Ink ($50/week):
  $400 minimum credit balance
  Minimum 10 consecutive weekly payments

Credits may only be redeemed once both the applicable minimum credit balance and minimum subscription period have been satisfied.

If a Subscriber elects to redeem Credits without meeting the applicable minimum credit balance or minimum subscription period, or pays any remaining balance out-of-pocket:

That appointment will be treated as a standard non-subscriber booking, and no subscription benefits, perks, or discounts will apply to that appointment.

Continued compliance with this Agreement is required for all redemptions.

3. Minimum Subscription Period for Benefit Eligibility

3.0 Minimum Active Periods

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, eligibility to redeem Credits and access subscription benefits is subject to the minimum uninterrupted subscription periods outlined below.

Minimum active subscription periods are:

• Patience Plan ($5/week):
  Minimum 38 consecutive weekly payments

• Steady Path ($20/week):
  Minimum 19 consecutive weekly payments

• Ultimate Ink ($50/week):
  Minimum 10 consecutive weekly payments

Any failed payment, pause, cancellation, or termination resets the applicable eligibility period.

Credits continue to accrue during the subscription period but may not be redeemed until the applicable minimum period has been met.

4. Conditional Access to Benefits

4.1 Discounts

• Patience Plan: 5% off first appointment

• Steady Path: 10% off first appointment

• Ultimate Ink: 15% off first appointment

Discounts are available only once the Subscriber has met the minimum active subscription period outlined in Section 3.0 and where Credits fully cover the cost of the tattoo or service. Discounts are not available on partial-credit or cash-combined appointments.

4.2 Touch-Ups & Aftercare

• Steady Path Subscribers are entitled to one (1) complimentary touch-up per calendar year.

• Ultimate Ink Subscribers are entitled to one (1) complimentary touch-up per calendar year.

Complimentary touch-ups do not apply to work affected by negligence or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Ultimate Ink Subscribers are entitled to one (1) aftercare package per calendar year.

Aftercare packages are provided in conjunction with a tattoo appointment and are not redeemable as standalone items.

Patience Plan Subscribers are not entitled to complimentary touch-ups or aftercare.

4.3 Consultations

Ultimate Ink Subscribers are entitled to one (1) complimentary consultation per calendar year, subject to meeting the minimum active subscription period in Section 3.0. Consultations have no cash value and are subject to artist availability and YNS booking guidelines.

4.4 Prohibition on Multiple Redemptions

Discounts, touch-ups, consultations, and aftercare packages may not be redeemed simultaneously within the same booking. Each benefit must be redeemed in a separate appointment.

5. Redemption Limitations

5.1 General Conditions

All redemptions are subject to the following:

• Redemptions must be made in person at YNS

• Redemption requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to intended use

• YNS reserves the right to approve or deny any redemption request at its sole discretion

5.2 No Backdating or Retroactive Benefits

Benefits, discounts, and Credits cannot be backdated or applied retroactively to appointments, consultations, or purchases made prior to eligibility being reached or prior to activation of the subscription.

6. Subscription Duration, Cancellations, and Refunds

6.1 Duration

Subscriptions continue indefinitely until canceled by the Subscriber or terminated by YNS.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via the YNS Customer Support portal or certified mail.

While subscriptions may be canceled at any time, early cancellation may result in forfeiture of accumulated Credits and benefits as outlined below.

Subscribers who cancel within three (3) months of initiating a Plan forfeit all accumulated Credits and benefits.

6.3 Refunds

Subscription Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including lack of use, dissatisfaction, or termination of this Agreement.

7. Priority Booking and Availability

Priority booking is subject to artist availability and does not guarantee specific dates or times. Requests must be made through the YNS booking system with a minimum fourteen (14) day notice.

8. Subscriber Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Subscribers agree to:

• Maintain valid payment information

• Use benefits solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

Subscribers must not:

• Transfer or sell Credits, benefits, or subscription access

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct

9. Termination by YNS

YNS reserves the right to terminate any subscription for violations of this Agreement or misconduct. Termination results in the immediate forfeiture of all Credits and benefits.

10. Liability and Indemnity

YNS is not liable for:

• Loss of Credits due to cancellation or termination

• Appointment delays, cancellations, or rescheduling

• Adverse reactions or outcomes from tattoo services

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless YNS from all claims arising from their subscription or use of services.

11. Amendments and Modifications

YNS may amend this Agreement, Plans, pricing, or benefits with thirty (30) days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Queensland.
