All you need to know before making a booking

1. How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, you can either come into the studio or visit our website and Social media page and send us a DM. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your appointment slot. Deposits ensure that both parties are committed to the appointment, and it will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

3. How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
It's essential to come to your appointment well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a meal beforehand. Additionally, make sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area getting tattooed.

4. Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
We understand that getting a tattoo can be nerve-wracking, and having a friend for support can be comforting. However, please limit the number of guests to one per client to maintain a calm and focused environment in the studio.

5. How do I take care of my new tattoo?
Aftercare is crucial for the healing process of your tattoo. We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment, but generally, keeping the tattoo clean and moisturised is essential, we sell in store for your convenience. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, swimming pools, or saunas until it's fully healed.

6. What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, but we appreciate advance notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

7. How much will my tattoo cost?
The cost of your tattoo depends on various factors, including size, complexity, placement, and the artist's hourly rate. During your consultation, we'll provide you with a price estimate based on your design and specifications.

8. Do you accept walk-in appointments?
While we primarily operate on an appointment basis, we do accommodate walk-in clients whenever possible. However, availability may vary depending on the day and artist schedules, so we recommend calling ahead to check for availability.

9. Is there an age requirement for getting a tattoo?
In accordance with state laws, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo without parental consent. We require valid photo identification to confirm your age before starting the tattoo process.

10. What safety measures do you have in place, especially regarding COVID-19?
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We strictly adhere to all health and safety guidelines set forth by local health authorities and professional tattoo organisations. This includes regular sanitation of equipment and surfaces, wearing masks, and practicing social distancing whenever possible. If you have specific concerns or questions about our safety protocols, please don't hesitate to ask.

Booking Fee and What It Covers:

The booking fee serves as your deposit, which is later deducted from your total cost. This fee covers various aspects including station setup, preparation, and consultations conducted via Instagram, Facebook, or email. We confirm your tattoo ideas before your appointment, and the final design is confirmed on the appointment day. Other elements covered include determining sizing, stencilling, and the placement of your tattoo. Please note, any last-minute design changes may result in additional costs if drawn up on your appointment day.

AfterPay Fees:

AfterPay clients will incur a 6% surcharge.

Booking Process:

After briefly discussing your tattoo ideas with one of our artists, they will advise you on the appropriate session time. To book your appointment online, simply click the "book now" tab available on our website or social media handles.

Studio Hours:

We offer the most flexible hours, including Saturdays, to accommodate your schedule.


Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you miss or cancel your appointment, another booking fee is required to reschedule and secure a new date.


While we prefer cash for final payments, we also accept EFTPOS. Please be aware that if you choose to use EFTPOS, a 1.4% surcharge will apply.

Last-Minute Design Changes:

Any last-minute design changes may result in an additional fee charged by the half-hour or hour.
